**Stiles Acquires 25-Acre Parcel for Retail Development in Wesley Chapel**
Stiles has acquired a 24.45-acre parcel located at the southwest corner of State Road 56 and Morris Bridge Road in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The $12.5 million purchase will support the development of a new retail project within the River Landing master-planned community. Wesley Chapel is situated approximately 25 minutes north of Tampa.
River Landing spans roughly 800 acres and is part of one of Pasco County’s most active growth areas. The site is adjacent to the expansive Two Rivers master-planned community, which is projected to include around 7,500 homes upon completion.
Nancy Surak of the Land Advisors Organization’s Tampa Bay office represented Stiles in the transaction and was the sole broker involved.
Stiles focuses on the leasing and development of grocery-anchored shopping centers, regional power centers, and neighborhood retail centers. Their projects often feature a diverse mix of globally recognized retail brands and currently span across Florida and the Carolinas.
