Stifel Financial Corp. has recently signed a long-term lease extension for 21,406 square feet at One South Street in Baltimore. The company has been occupying a full floor at the building since 2012 and this extension comes after YBL Equities acquired the property last summer. Other tenants who have renewed their leases or joined as new tenants include Goodell, Devries, Leech & Dann, Atapco Properties, Gebhardt & Smith, The Blaustein Foundation and Blades & Rosenfeld.
According to Isaac Kraus of YBL Equities’ Property Finance division: “Our investments thus far are just the beginning of our commitment to providing top-notch tenant experiences in Baltimore. We are delighted to have Stifel extend their lease with us.”
The deal was brokered by Linn Worthington from Cushman & Wakefield representing YBL Equities and Scott Shelbourne,Courtenay Jenkins,and David Downey representing Stifel.The 30-story building offers stunning city and water views along with on-site parking,a fitness center,a conference center,a restaurant,and an outdoor courtyard.
