"Stifel Financial Corp Leases 35K-SF Office Space in Baltimore"

Stifel Financial Corp has recently signed a 35,000 square foot lease in the Wills Wharf building at Harbor Point in Baltimore. This collaboration with Armada Hoffler brings the office space occupancy at Harbor Point to an impressive 98%.

The transaction was facilitated by Peter Jackson from JLL on behalf of Armada Hoffler and David Downey Jr. and Courtenay Jenkins from Cushman & Wakefield representing Stifel. In addition to Wills Wharf, Armada Hoffler’s assets in Harbor Point include Constellation and Thames Street Wharf office buildings, as well as mixed-use developments Allied | Harbor Point and T.Rowe Price’s new global headquarters developed in partnership with Beatty Development Group.

This latest development is another testament to the growing success of Baltimore’s commercial real estate market.
