Sterling Realty Organization (SRO), a real estate corporation with commercial real estate assets in the Puget Sound and Salt Lake City markets, has announced the appointment of Casey Gibson as Director of Asset Management.
In this newly created role, Gibson will collaborate closely with Vice President of Asset Management Ivor Parkes and the broader executive team. His responsibilities will include advancing the company’s portfolio strategy, managing leasing operations, and overseeing tenant relations. A key focus will be on maximizing the value and performance of SRO’s commercial properties and land assets, while also optimizing building occupancy and revenue generation.
Gibson brings nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, he served as Director of Leasing at Martin Selig Real Estate, where he managed all leasing activities. He previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Colliers International, where he specialized in office and flex/industrial leasing before expanding into land, investment, and sales for both owners and users.
His appointment marks an important step in SRO’s strategic efforts to enhance its portfolio performance and market presence.
