Sterling Bay has appointed Scott Gibbel as the new managing director of its growing industrial division, Sterling Bay Industrial. With over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry and a focus on the industrial sector, Gibbel brings relevant expertise and a successful track record to his role.
Gibbel will lead strategic initiatives within industrial real estate, including acquisitions, development projects, leasing activities and building relationships with stakeholders. His extensive background in commercial real estate combined with an understanding of Chicago’s market trends as well as major markets across America will play an important part in driving growth for this division while contributing to Sterling Bay’s national expansion strategy.
Prior to joining Sterling Bay Industrial Division , Gibbel was Market Officer at IDI Logistics and worked for Prologis – highlighting his knowledge about logistics & distribution sectors .
