**Sterling Bay Forms Strategic Partnership with Tributary Community Near Jackson Hole**
Chicago-based real estate firm Sterling Bay has announced a new strategic partnership with Tributary, a luxury residential community located in the Teton Valley, just west of the Teton Mountain Range and approximately 30 minutes from Jackson Hole.
This partnership marks the latest expansion in Sterling Bay’s high-end residential portfolio, which now includes over 8.6 million square feet of property and a $15 billion development pipeline. Tributary joins Victory Ranch in Utah as part of the firm’s collection of exclusive residential destinations.
Situated on 1,500 acres in Driggs, Idaho, Tributary offers a range of upscale amenities including a two-mile elevated boardwalk, an 18-hole golf course designed by David McLay Kidd, multiple fishing ponds, and extensive cross-country skiing trails.
The new investment from Sterling Bay will accelerate the community’s growth, with plans to expand home sites and enhance on-site amenities. The first phase of this expansion includes constructing a state-of-the-art activity center. The new facility will feature an indoor-outdoor coffee shop, a gym, a basketball court, and golf simulators.
