Sterling Bay Completes 28-Story Residential Development Topping Out Ceremony

Sterling Bay recently celebrated the structural completion of 225 N Elizabeth, a 28-story residential development in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood, with a topping-out ceremony hosted on the 26th floor. Vice Mayor Walter Burnett Jr., Sterling Bay’s project leadership team and partners from Ascentris, McHugh Construction and Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture were all in attendance.

The property will offer 350 units to meet growing demand for rental units in one of Chicago’s most popular submarkets. Financing was provided by Citizens Bank and Old National Bank while Ascentris is also partnering with Sterling Bay on The Dylan .

Andy Gloor, CEO of Sterling Bay commented: “Despite an evolving commercial real estate landscape, there remains strong demand for upscale rental residential properties like 225 N Elizabeth which offers residents an urban lifestyle experience within one of Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods.”
