### Sterling Bay and Affinius Capital Complete Pulaski 55 Logistics Center

Sterling Bay and Affinius Capital have successfully completed the Pulaski 55 Logistics Center, a cutting-edge industrial facility located at 4510 W. Ann Lurie Place in Chicago. Colliers is spearheading leasing efforts for the property.

Delivered in December 2024, the 147,500-square-foot facility provides modern, high-quality industrial space in one of Chicago’s most desirable infill industrial parks. Situated within Crawford Industrial Park, the property offers excellent access to I-55, I-94, and downtown Chicago, with high visibility from the I-55 freeway.

“We are excited to see Pulaski 55 come to life as part of our broader strategy to expand our portfolio and support the evolving needs of the industrial sector,” said Scott Gibbel, Managing Director of Industrial at Sterling Bay. “This project reflects our strategic development approach—delivering modern distribution space in high barrier-to-entry markets while ensuring flexible design for divisibility.”
