BKM Capital Partners, based in Newport Beach, has joined forces with StepStone Real Estate – the real estate arm of global private markets investment firm StepStone Group. The BKM-SRE Partnership was launched through SRE’s acquisition of BKM’s limited partners’ interests in two large stabilized industrial properties located in Las Vegas and Burbank, as well as a commitment to invest additional capital into acquiring more value-add small- and mid-bay light industrial assets.
The partnership is investing alongside BKM Industrial Value Fund II – the second fund from their series focused on small- and mid bay light industrial investments. This includes ownership interests in Pacific Business Center (748,000 square feet Class A light industrial park located Henderson NV) and Backlot Burbank (306,000 square feet Class A light industry park situated at Burbank).
