Raymour & Flanigan’s affiliate has acquired Richmond Plaza, a 77,000 square feet shopping center in Staten Island from Infinity Real Estate – an NYC-based real estate subsidiary of Infinity Collective. Located at 2505-2535 Richmond Avenue, the property is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Starbucks and Vitamin Shoppe. The buyer plans to occupy the former Staples location.
Infinity Real Estate had purchased the property in 2020 and implemented a value-add strategy that included securing long-term tenancy with Dick’s Sporting Goods through expanding their lease as well as improving traffic circulation through adding new curb cuts.
This acquisition marks another successful real estate transaction for both parties involved.
