**State & Liberty to Open First Nebraska Location at Village Pointe in Omaha**
State & Liberty, a rising menswear brand known for its professional attire tailored for athletic builds, is set to open its first Nebraska location this spring. The new store will be located at Village Pointe in Omaha.
The expansion comes just months after Federal Realty Investment Trust acquired Village Pointe for $153.3 million in December. The 453,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center is positioned within one of Omaha’s most established commercial corridors.

The new 1,207-square-foot State & Liberty store will be located near other prominent retailers, including Kendra Scott and Lululemon.
Founded in 2015, State & Liberty has quickly expanded to over 40 locations across the United States and Canada, with more openings planned for 2026. The brand is celebrated for its sleek, stretch-fabric menswear that combines both style and comfort specially designed for athletic body types.
