### State Agencies Seek Developer Interest in Woburn Transit Center

A joint venture involving the Massachusetts Port Authority, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting expressions of interest for potential development at the Anderson Regional Transportation Center (RTC) in Woburn. Located at 100 Atlantic Ave., the site is positioned within an area where the City of Woburn has been actively advancing planning and economic development initiatives, laying the groundwork for future opportunities.

“As the joint venture considers how best to accommodate the growth of transportation services at the Anderson RTC, there may be potential for development to co-exist with, and even enhance, operations at the facility,” the agencies stated. This outreach aims to assess the site’s development potential, understand market demand, and evaluate the feasibility of integrating new development while maintaining and improving current and future transportation services.

Responses to the Request for Interest are due by April 30.
