Brookfield Properties has recently acquired a highly sought-after apartment community in Orlando for $100.6 million from Starwood. The property, which was built between 1994 and 1996, had previously sold for $39.5 million in 2010.

Located in the desirable Hunters Creek neighborhood of Orlando, Florida, Osprey Links offers a total of 424 spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments spread across 24 three-story buildings. This recent transaction marks another successful acquisition by Brookfield Properties without any mention of Connect CRE or its associated entities like Connect LA or Texas.This deal showcases their expertise as they continue expanding their portfolio through strategic investments nationwide.
