### Sagard Real Estate Acquires Grande Oaks in Roswell, Georgia
Sagard Real Estate has acquired Grande Oaks, a 270-unit garden-style apartment community in Roswell, Georgia. The property was purchased from Starwood Capital Group, which originally acquired it in 2021 for $77.7 million, according to Commercial Edge.
As part of its investment strategy, Sagard plans to implement a value-add renovation program. This initiative will include upgrading 121 classic units, adding in-unit laundry, enhancing common areas, and refreshing the community’s amenities.
Built in 1996, Grande Oaks spans more than 311,000 rentable square feet across 11 residential buildings on a 19-acre site. The community offers a comprehensive selection of amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, grill and picnic area, children’s playground, car wash, and pet-friendly features such as a dog park and pet wash station.
The acquisition was made in partnership with McCann Realty Partners and Pegasus Residential. This marks the second property that Pegasus Residential will manage on behalf of Sagard Real Estate.
