**Starr Leases 275,000 SF Across 12 Floors at New BXP Tower in Midtown Manhattan**

Starr, a global investment and insurance organization, has signed a 275,000-square-foot, 20-year lease at BXP’s 343 Madison Avenue — a 930,000-square-foot office tower currently under development in Midtown Manhattan. The lease encompasses the entire 16th through 27th floors and will serve as the company’s new New York headquarters, relocating from its current offices at 399 Park Avenue.

“Starr’s commitment to 343 Madison underscores the strength of this location and the enduring demand for high-performance workplaces in Midtown,” said Hilary Spann, Executive Vice President, New York Region at BXP. “BXP is honored to continue to serve as home to Starr’s New York headquarters, and together we’re creating a next-generation environment that will elevate how people work, connect, and thrive in New York City.”

The delivery of 343 Madison is expected in late 2029.

Starr was represented in the transaction by John Picco, Peter Van Duyne, and Alex Lachmund of Cushman & Wakefield. BXP was represented by Peter Turchin, John Maher, Evan Haskell, and Caroline Merck of CBRE. Legal counsel was provided to Starr by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and to BXP by Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
