StarPoint Expands Plano Project with Addition of 70 Units

StarPoint Properties has successfully completed the first phase of their development, Legends at Chase Oaks, in Plano. The company is now planning to expand the complex by adding 70 new apartment units and enhancing resident amenities. This decision was met with approval from the Plano City Council during their May 13 meeting.

The expansion will include nine new buildings within the interior ring of the complex, with five three-story buildings and four two-story buildings. Along with these additional units, StarPoint also plans to add two dog parks and a 2,000-square-foot addition to the clubhouse.

According to Community Impact reports, StarPoint will be investing between $20 million and $30 million for this project which includes both construction costs for new units as well as upgrades for existing apartments within Legends at Chase Oaks. Currently, out of 346 total units in Phase One of development ,173 have already been upgraded while remaining ones will be improved over time.

This latest update on StarPoint’s progress demonstrates their commitment towards providing high-quality living spaces in Plano while adhering to city regulations.
