"Starbucks in Sacramento Exchanges in 1031 Transaction After Recent Construction"

Marcus & Millichap recently facilitated the sale of a 3,500-square-foot net-leased property in Sacramento. Located at 9660 Kiefer Blvd., the newly constructed building was sold for $2,550,000.

According to Yuri Sergunin, first vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office, the property featured a corporate net lease with Starbucks for 15 years. The buyer was an individual or personal trust and was represented by Sergunin and J.J. Taughinbaugh from Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in this transaction which involved a 1031 exchange for the buyer.

The property is situated in a highly visible area near Kiefer Boulevard and Bradshaw Road intersection with easy access to major roads such as Sacramento VA Medical Center and Sacramento Mather Airport.
