SRS Real Estate Partners recently closed a successful deal, selling The Shoppes at Waldorf Park for $6.275 million. This multi-tenant retail property, located at 3728 Robert S. Crain Highway in Waldorf, Maryland, is anchored by Starbucks and features other popular tenants such as Crumbl Cookies, Jersey Mike’s and Aspen Dental.
The sale was facilitated by SRS’ Washington DC Capital Markets team led by Andrew Fallon, Rick Fernandez, Ed Laycox and Philip Wellde Jr., who represented the seller Republic Land Development. The buyer was a private family office based in Maryland who secured acquisition financing through TD Bank.
