"Stafford Unveils Plans for Peoplestown"

Stafford Properties has announced plans to develop a residential project on a 3.7-acre former industrial site in the Peoplestown community. The development, set to feature between 350 and 425 units, will be located near the upcoming Terminal South project and the BeltLine’s Southside Trail.

The Atlanta City Council will need to approve rezoning for this $100 million project before construction can begin. Stafford aims to complete the units by early 2027, with Terminal South opening in winter of 2024 and the nearby BeltLine section arriving in mid-2026.

The development will offer one- and two-bedroom units, with at least 10% reserved for households earning below 80% of the area median income. These affordable units are expected to range from $1,540 to $1,963 per month.

This announcement marks an exciting new addition for Peoplestown residents as they look forward to future growth and development in their community.
