High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has secured a retail tenant for its newest property in Greater St. Louis. The James, located in Kirkwood, Missouri, will welcome Napoli Group as its sixth location featuring their renowned wood/coal-fired pizza.
The restaurant will occupy 4,684 square feet on the ground floor and have an additional 1,000-square-foot outdoor patio at 436 N Kirkwood Road. Set to open in the fourth quarter of 2024, Napoli Kirkwood is expected to be a popular addition to The James which opened earlier that year.
The James offers a variety of studio to three-bedroom apartments with select one- and two-bedroom options available. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a club room and private dining area along with access to a fitness club complete with yoga studio. Greystar is responsible for leasing and managing this premier residential property.
