St. John Properties has recently acquired a 30-acre site in Wake Forest, North Carolina with the goal of developing a mixed-use business community called Wake Forest Exchange. This development will encompass approximately 165,000 square feet of flex/R&D, single-story commercial office, and retail space. Strategically located near Star Road and South Main Street in Wake Forest, this project is set to commence its first phase in early 2024.
Phase I plans include the construction of two flex/R&D buildings spanning around 95,000 square feet each as well as a 25,000 square foot office building and a separate retail building measuring at about 10
