St. John Properties has recently acquired a 30-acre site in Wake Forest, North Carolina for the development of Wake Forest Exchange, a dynamic mixed-use business community. This expansive project will encompass approximately 165,000 square feet of flex/R&D, single-story commercial office and retail space.
