St. John Properties has recently acquired a prime office property located at 7750 Montpelier Road in Maple Lawn, Maryland for $8.25 million from the Maryland Institute of Integrative Health (MUIH). The transaction includes a two-story office and education facility spanning 32,488 square feet, as well as two undeveloped parcels of land totaling 5.96 acres.
The new owner plans to develop multiple single-story office and flex buildings on the site. In the meantime, MUIH has signed a short-term buyback lease that will generate income for St. John Properties during the planning and construction phase.
The seller was represented by KLNB while Abby Glassberg , Joe Friedman , Don Schline , and Joshua Norwitz facilitated the purchase on behalf of St.John Properties . This acquisition marks another successful venture for St.John Properties in their ongoing expansion efforts within this region.
