Marc Hale of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International represented an undisclosed HVAC manufacturing company in the acquisition of a 50,000-square-foot building at 2500 Production Drive in St. Charles, IL. The business is expanding and will be relocating from Elk Grove Village, IL. Terms were not disclosed.

The Class B building features a 21-foot clear height, seven docks, one drive-in door with heavy power, and 1,500 square feet of office space plus 55 parking spaces; allowing for future growth within its workforce as well as its operations over time.
