SRS Real Estate Partners has appointed Jeff Gates as Senior Vice President for their Capital Markets division in San Francisco. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, Gates specializes in the buying and selling of net-leased investment properties and multi-tenant buildings. He brings a wealth of expertise having completed more than 800 deals totaling over $1 billion. Prior to joining SRS, Gates held the position of Director at The Kase Group.

In addition, SRS also announced Kyle Fant’s promotion to Managing Director & Co-Market Leader for their capital markets team based out of New York City.
