With over a decade of experience in investment sales, Fant has proven himself as a valuable asset to the company since joining as Senior Vice President in 2017. Working alongside his partner, Britt Raymond, also Managing Director and Co-Market Leader, Fant’s team boasts an impressive track record with over $1 billion worth of net lease asset transactions across 28 states. His diverse client base includes merchant developers, private and public institutions, family offices, private investors, 1031 exchange buyers,and multi-unit franchise operators.
