The team also includes Vice President Chris Beauchamp, Senior Associate Miranda Montgomery, and Marketing and Transaction Manager Jessica Henderson. This expansion has resulted in the opening of SRS’s first Inland Empire office located at 3390 University Ave. in Riverside.
The Wirick Team brings with them a wealth of experience having completed deals worth over $900 million in recent years. Their focus is on providing top-notch services to both tenants and owners within the rapidly growing Inland Empire market.
According to SRS Chairman and CEO Chris Maguire, this addition marks an important milestone for their leading retail team headed by Garrett Colburn and Terrison Quinn in Southern California. He further adds that while SRS already has a strong presence in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego regions; the inclusion of Nick Wirick’s team will significantly enhance their capabilities throughout Southern California.
