**SRS Real Estate Partners Completes $14.15M Retail Portfolio Sale in Indiana**

SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the $14.15 million sale of a retail portfolio consisting of three single-tenant properties located in Jefferson, Indiana. The properties are outparcels of Jefferson Town Center, a prominent community center anchored by major retailers such as Hobby Lobby, Burlington, Petco, and TJ Maxx. The center is currently undergoing significant new development, enhancing its appeal and market potential.

The three sold assets include locations leased to Academy Sports + Outdoors, Chipotle, and 7 Brew Coffee.

Michael Carter and Frank Rogers, Vice Presidents of SRS Capital Markets based in Troy, Michigan, represented both the seller — a local Indiana-based developer — and the buyer, a private investor from California.

“The Jeffersonville market has continued to show growth and promise of future expansion,” said Frank Rogers. “With tenants expanding east across Veterans Parkway, the synergy of the corridor that surrounds the pads has been a safe haven for the buyer’s capital.”
