Industry City, the 35-acre mixed-use campus located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, has announced that Square Design, a full-service design and fabrication company known for creating custom immersive environments, has signed a lease for nearly 24,000 square feet in Building 26.

The newly leased space will allow Square Design to expand its fabrication and design facilities as the company continues to grow its presence in both New York and Los Angeles.

“Square Design’s move to Industry City reflects the kind of growth we’re seeing from design and fabrication firms that need room to build, test, and scale,” said Jeff Fein, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Industry City. “Our campus is designed to support companies like Square Design, whether they need high-end creative offices or production-ready infrastructure, all within a broader creative and production ecosystem.”

The lease was brokered in-house by Industry City’s leasing team, including Jeff Fein and leasing manager Brad Blum.

Currently, more than 1.3 million square feet of the Industry City campus is occupied by makers, designers, and artisans, positioning it as a hub for creative and manufacturing businesses in New York City.
