**Sprouts Farmers Market to Open at Bristol Warner Village in Santa Ana**
NewMark Merrill Companies has announced that Sprouts Farmers Market has signed a lease for 25,860 square feet at Bristol Warner Village, an 80,865-square-foot retail center located at 2311 S. Bristol Street in Santa Ana. The new Sprouts store will take the place of the former 99 Cents Only Store, which closed in 2024, and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The NewMark Merrill team involved in the transaction included Giacopuzzi, President and CEO Sandy Sigal, and Executive Vice President Brad Pearl. Sprouts was represented by Ryan Sullivan and Jeff Nichols of CBRE.
The new Sprouts location is expected to enhance the retail center by offering fresh produce and natural food options, aligning with growing consumer demand for healthier grocery choices.
