**Sprouts Farmers Market to Relocate Corporate Headquarters to New Phoenix Campus**

Sprouts Farmers Market is set to move into a new corporate headquarters located at CityNorth near 56th Street and Loop 101 in Phoenix. The future campus will feature a four-story, 144,500-square-foot office building, along with a 25,000-square-foot Sprouts grocery store. The site will also include two additional buildings, which are expected to house food and beverage establishments.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Sprouts continues to rank among the fastest growing grocery chains in the U.S., currently operating nearly 450 stores across 24 states.

The new headquarters will be designed with employee wellness and collaboration in mind. The property plans include a central atrium for company-wide meetings, an on-site Press Coffee location, fitness gym, yoga studio, rooftop deck, culinary kitchens, tasting room, and a garden.

The project is being developed by Trammell Crow, with Wespac serving as the general contractor. RSP Architects is the design firm behind the new corporate campus.

Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-May, with completion expected by August 2026.
