**Sprouts Breaks Ground on New Phoenix Headquarters Campus**
Construction has officially commenced on the new headquarters campus for Sprouts Farmers Market in north Phoenix.
Located near 56th Street and Loop 101 within the CityNorth development, the state-of-the-art campus will house the grocery chain’s corporate operations. Spanning over seven acres, the development will feature a four-story, 144,500-square-foot office building alongside a new 25,000-square-foot Sprouts grocery store.
The project will also include 11,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, as well as a three-story parking garage. Future development phases may add amenities such as a gym, yoga studio, café, and tasting rooms.
Trammell Crow is leading the development, Wespac is serving as the general contractor, and RSP Architects is responsible for the design.
Sprouts plans to relocate from its current 96,000-square-foot headquarters to the newly constructed campus by August 2026.
