**Sprouts-Anchored Retail Center Coming to Celina**
GBT Realty Corporation is preparing to break ground on Preston Crossroads, a new grocery-anchored shopping center in Celina, Texas. The 56,000-square-foot neighborhood center will be highlighted by a 23,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market. Construction is scheduled to begin in January.
Jeff Pape of GBT Realty emphasized the strategic significance of the location, stating, “With a location at the busiest intersection in America’s fastest-growing city, we have every confidence that this center will quickly become a favorite among the rapidly growing population in Celina.” The development will be situated on 5.77 acres at the intersection of North Preston Road and East Frontier Parkway.
The project is slated for completion by summer 2027.
While there are currently more than 30 Sprouts Farmers Market locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the closest store to the new Celina development is approximately 12 miles away, reinforcing the market opportunity in the area.
