GBT Realty Corporation and Robinson Properties have joined forces to develop a new retail and multifamily project in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The development is located approximately 20 miles east of Nashville and construction on the retail portion is scheduled to begin this month with an expected completion date of October 2025. Details about the residential component, which will be developed by Robinson Properties, will be announced at a later time.
Named Everett Downs, the project sits on a 10.9-acre site at the intersection of Division Street and Mt. Juliet Road near I-40. GBT Realty will lead the development of the retail section which includes a neighborhood center spanning over 41,255 square feet. This center features a Sprouts Farmers Market covering 23,256 square feet along with space for small shops totaling18,000 square feet as well as two out parcels for future use.
