Realty 1 Partners is bringing a new mixed-use development, Elyson Town Center, to the growing Elyson neighborhood in Katy. Construction on this expansive project began in the summer of this year at the intersection of Grand Parkway and FM 529. The first phase is set to open in late spring of 2025 and will feature eleven buildings.
This highly-anticipated development spans over 195,000 square feet and has already secured leases with three businesses. It will offer a variety of amenities such as retail shops, office spaces, apartments, and restaurants for residents to enjoy.
