Genius Sports, one of the world’s largest sports tech companies, has leased 11,870 square feet on the entire 26th floor of 825 Third Avenue in Manhattan. The Durst Organization owns and is modernizing the tower which already houses tenants such as Toyota Tsusho America, Beveridge & Diamond, National Bank of Egypt, Hodes Weill and Gotham Asset Management. Tom Bow along with Ashlea Aaron Lauren Ferrentino and Bailey Caliban from The Durst Organization represented their side while Joshua Berg and A.J Dorn from Newmark represented Genius Sports during negotiations for this lease agreement.
