Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Charter Communications, will be relocating its headquarters to 3 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. The new location is a 30-story tower owned by Rudin and offers approximately 925,000 square feet of space. Spectrum Reach has signed an approximately 11-year lease for a total of 55,848 square feet. This move will take place in the fall and marks their departure from their current office at1633 Broadway.
