Richcroft, Inc., a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with developmental disabilities, is moving its corporate headquarters to Sparks, Maryland. The new location will be in Loveton Business Park and the lease for 25,500 square feet of space at 53 Loveton Circle was signed with St. John Properties, Inc. Stephanie Caronna from St. John Properties represented the landlord while Keith Barnett from KLNB represented Richcroft.
According to Kevin Drumheller, Chief Executive Officer of Richcroft, this decision was made due to the organization’s growth and plans for expansion into new business areas. Additionally, having all corporate team members on one floor will improve collaboration and efficiency.
