Durst Organization Announces Dimension Renewable Energy as New Tenant at 825 Third Avenue in Midtown East
Dimension Renewable Energy has signed a lease for the entire 18th floor, totaling 11,054 square feet, at 825 Third Avenue in Midtown East. The Durst Organization was represented by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron and Bailey Caliban while CBRE’s Greg Maurer-Hollaender and James Ackerson represented Dimension.
The recently completed $150 million capital improvement program at 825 Third Avenue focused on enhancing performance, tenant comfort and sustainability. This included new public open space and an exclusive amenity space called Well& by Durst. Other tenants at the building include Genius Sports, Beveridge & Diamond and Gotham Asset Management. Additionally,Rosemary’s will be opening a new restaurant on the ground floor that will also cater to Well& by Durst.
