Spaces Frisco Approves Plan for 4,000 Apartments, Hotels, and Commercial Spaces

Zarky Development has held the zoning since 2009, and it took this long to get Frisco’s approval of a development plan for a 123-acre site along the Dallas North Tollway. The Frisco City Council recently gave their consent to construct up to 4,000 apartments, hundreds of hotel rooms and millions of square feet in office and retail space at an ideal location on the southwest corner of Main Street and Dallas North Tollway.

The Dallas Business Journal reported that when totaled up, Zarky’s site is approved for 3.5 million square feet in office space, 1 million square feet in retail space; 1 thousand hotel rooms; as well as 4 thousand multifamily units.

This project will be built out over several years with check-ins required during its progression for further approvals from authorities involved.
