For over a decade, Zarky Development has been working to secure zoning for their 123-acre site along the Dallas North Tollway. After much deliberation, the Frisco City Council has finally given approval for construction of up to 4,000 apartments, hundreds of hotel rooms and millions of square feet in office and retail space at this prime location on Main Street.
According to reports from The Dallas Business Journal , when all is said and done, Zarky’s project will include 3.5 million square feet in office space; 1 million square feet in retail space; 1 thousand hotel rooms; and 4 thousand multifamily units – a total that could take several years to complete with check-ins required as each phase progresses. With Frisco’s recent greenlight on this ambitious plan comes great potential for growth within the area!
