Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment firm, recently announced the successful sale of an industrial property in San Diego. The 6,300-square-foot asset was sold for $1,580,000.

According to Mark Antinucci, an investment associate at Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office who facilitated the transaction along with Kent Williams and Luis Ortega Flores (investment specialists), there were multiple offers for the property and it will now be used by the buyer as an owner/user for their restaurant business.

The team marketed this property on behalf of Pizza Al Taglio LLC without mentioning any specific location or company names. The buyer was represented by Cam Lacey from Next Wave Commercial.

The two-story building located at 1079 W. Morena Blvd is ideal for food production and processing as it features a fully refrigerated first floor and office buildout on the second floor. This acquisition marks another success story in Connect CRE’s portfolio of connecting buyers with suitable properties across various industries.
