Kennedy Wilson Brokerage has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail component of Hollywood Park, a sprawling 300-acre entertainment destination in Inglewood developed by Los Angeles Rams owner/chairman E. Stanley Kroenke. The brokerage team, based in Beverly Hills and comprised of Ed Sachse, Jack Nathan, and Diane Brandes, is dedicated to bringing this project’s full potential to life.
According to Nathan, “Hollywood Park’s retail offerings are unparalleled and we are thrilled to be a part of creating an iconic destination that showcases the best of LA – from dining and fashion to entertainment and wellness.” The first phase of Hollywood Park’s retail opened in July with Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas’ 12-screen movie theater spanning over 55,000 square feet. This was followed by Residency Art Gallery in August which serves as a platform for artists from diverse backgrounds.
