Legend Partners, a leading provider of retail real estate services in the Western region and a member of X Team Retail Advisors, has announced the addition of Situs Retail Group to their Salt Lake City office. This strategic move will expand Legend’s presence in the Mountain and Desert states with six new agents joining their team, bringing their total number of retail agents to 16 along with two land brokers and one investment broker.
The inclusion of Situs strengthens X Team’s influence in the West as they strive to cover all Rocky Mountain and desert states. According to Tanner Olson from Legend Partners, this union allows them to achieve that goal.
The newly added agents from Situs include Alex DeBry as a Retail Specialist, Connor DeBry as another Retail Specialist, Daniel Engle also joins as a Retail Specialist while Doug Dautel brings his expertise as Location Intelligence Specialist. Hunter Todd is welcomed on board as another experienced Retail Specialist alongside Matt Harlin who also joins them under this new partnership.
This recent development marks Denver-based Legend Partners’ expansion into Salt Lake City through its collaboration with Situs for increased market reach.
