Space "Continued Demand for LA Industrial Space Highlighted by 3PL Lease"

The demand for industrial space in the Los Angeles area remains strong, as evidenced by third-party logistics firm LAX Freight Delivery, Inc. signing a lease for an entire 123,138-square-foot building located at 2187 Garfield Ave. in Commerce. This new lease marks a relocation from a smaller facility for LAX Freight Delivery.

Represented by JLL’s Jon Reno, SIOR and Mark Vanis along with Trevor Gale and Sage Segal of Staley Point Capital represented the landlord in this transaction while Marc DeGennaro of Lee & Associates represented LAX Freight Delivery.

Despite current economic conditions, there is still significant interest in industrial space within key infill markets like Los Angeles that offer unique features suitable for supply chain logistics companies. The recently renovated property’s low coverage and cross dock loading configuration were major attractions to LAX Freight Delivery when choosing their new location.
