Walter Pagel and Hannah Curran, both from CBRE, successfully negotiated a new retail lease in Orange for Goodwill Industries of Orange County. The 13,156-square-foot building located at 1821 North Tustin St was secured with undisclosed terms.

According to Pagel, an SVP at CBRE, this location is ideal for the growing operations of Goodwill in Orange County. He also mentioned that they are currently assisting the nonprofit organization in finding other properties ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 square feet with high traffic and visibility.

The standalone retail building is situated near Taft Avenue and North Tustin Street’s northeast corner and was previously occupied by Big Lots.
