Space Approval of 4,000 Apartments, Hotels, and Commercial Space in Frisco, TX

Zarky Development has held the zoning for a 123-acre site along the Dallas North Tollway since 2009. After an extended period of time, Frisco City Council has finally given approval to construct up to 4,000 apartments, hundreds of hotel rooms and millions of square feet of office and retail space at this prime location on the southwest corner of Main Street and Dallas North Tollway.

According to The Dallas Business Journal report, Zarky’s project is approved for a maximum 3.5 million square feet in office space; 1 million square feet in retail space; 1,000 hotel rooms; as well as 4,000 multifamily units when totaled up together.

The development will be built out over several years with check-ins necessary throughout its progress requiring further approvals from local authorities before completion can be achieved.
