Southwire Opens 1.2M SF Service Center in Alliance, Texas

Southwire, a leading wire and cable manufacturer, will open a new Customer Service Center (CSC) in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area next year. The facility is currently under construction at Hillwood’s Alliance Westport 25, 14800 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76177 and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2024. Upon completion it is estimated that 250 team members will be employed at this 1.2 million square foot facility which will distribute products for Southwire’s full suite of solutions including Commercial, Residential Utility Industrial and Tools Components Assembled Solutions (TCAS). Additionally modernized storage solutions as well as automated material handling are planned for implementation within this CSC.
