Crestlight Capital has recently completed a $20 million renovation on one of the most prominent office buildings in the area. The Towers at SouthPark, previously known as SouthPark Towers and located at 6000 and 6100 Fairview Road, underwent a complete overhaul over the course of 10 months. In May of 2022, Crestlight acquired SouthPark Towers for $192.5 million.
The lobbies of both buildings have been completely transformed with new designs. Additionally, building 6100 now features a spacious tenant lounge spanning over 4,000 square feet on its second floor. This lounge includes amenities such as conference and training rooms for large groups, board rooms, common areas and even a coffee bar to cater to tenants’ needs. Building 6000 also received an upgrade with the addition of a state-of-the-art fitness center covering an area of approximately1 ,500 square feet that offers new showers and upgraded equipment.
Redline Design Group from Charlotte was responsible for overseeing this project’s architectural design while Barringer Construction served as general contractor alongside DPR Design who handled exterior design work .
