California-based Southland Industries, a leading provider of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering (MEP) services for commercial and industrial buildings, has recently signed a full-building lease for 93,000 square feet with Elion Partners. The company will be expanding into the Beltsville section of Prince George’s County in Maryland at 12051 Indian Creek Court. This single-story industrial/warehouse building is conveniently located near major transportation routes such as US Route 1, Interstate 95 and MD Route 200.
With offices in eight states across the country totaling to eighteen locations overall,Southland Industries plans to use this new space for equipment storage as well as housing their employees. Tenant representation was provided by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Adam Nachlas and Chris Bennett along with Matt Wiley from Savills while JLL’s Dan Coats and John Dettleff represented Elion Partners.
